We recently held a wake at The Minnis, and the experience was truly exceptional. From planning the event, we were well looked after by Dee and felt genuinely cared for. On the day, the staff's attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They were incredibly kind and considerate, making a difficult time a bit easier for all of us. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and comforting.

Stopped off for an evening drink, would have sat outside but the wind had a chill. Had not been to the Minnis for a few years, standards still high, staff friendly and service was good. Found a table inside near the bar area. Wine was good. Parking nearby, great for sundowners.

The food was beautiful and well presented! Lovely atmosphere, cosy and calm with excellent service! Only thing I could ask for is more veggie options as they seem limited for the dinner menu. 100% will be back again

Lovely dog friendly reasonably priced good portioned food. Great on a hot summer's day. There is an ice cream shak next door and it's a short drive to Margate. On Sundays they do not do sandwiches on their menu. Instead they have a Sunday roast instead.

A great bar and brasserie to enjoy some great views, outside seating if the weather agrees and some great food! The service is on point, friendly and attentive. The food is good, with some local flair added with some additions of mussels and fish led meals. I enjoyed the crab, prawn and chorizo linguine, which I admit would not be my regular order, but was indeed a tasty dish! The service is smooth and attentive, with the team seemingly enjoying their roles while connecting well with clients, from dog walkers, to drinkers and diners alike. Highly recommended!

Been a while since I have vistied the Minnis for dinner, and I was very impressed. We was welcomed by Dee our waitress who was Assistant Manager very nice and super helpful. Delicious food and very enjoyable evening. We will be back again soon.

Pub in a lovely spot overlooking the sea, lots of outdoor seating and beautifully decorated inside. Super friendly staff and amazing food.

A must visit if you're in Birchington. Super friendly team, great setting and fabulous food. We arrived for a late breakfast. The eggs benedict and royal were fantastic. Thank to all the team for attentive service and wonderful food.
